Delivery and Returns Information
We aim to deliver goods within 5 days of order but goods are subject to availability and delay in delivery of goods is sometimes out of our control. Any dates we specify for the delivery of goods are approximate only and we shall not be liable for any losses, costs, damages, charges or expenses caused by any delay for delivery of the goods.
As soon as we have delivered the goods you will be responsible for them. If you delay accepting a delivery, our responsibility for everything other than damage due to our negligence will end on the date the carrier tried to deliver the goods to you.
Delivery Prices: In order to keep our prices as low as possible there is a charge of £5.99 which will go towards our packaging and shipping costs. This charge is added at the checkout.
Please Note: Any opened items are non-refundable. This does not affect your statutory rights.
Unwanted goods We are unable to exchange items that are not damaged, defective or incorrect. Damaged or incorrect goods will only be investigated if Detailers Direct is informed within 10 days of receipt.
The Contract between us shall be governed by the laws of England and Wales and any dispute will be resolved exclusively in the courts of England and Wales.
